WEST PALM BEACH FL/FEBRUARY 2020/ – Regency DRT, a nationally recognized leader in property restoration, has announced the recent acquisition of a Jacksonville, Florida based emergency response and restoration company. The offices are located at 2611 Old Middleburg Road N Building 3, Suite 3 Jacksonville, FL 32210 and will serve northeast Florida including Nassau, Duval, Clay and St. Johns counties. The announcement was made by company President and CEO Scott Stamper.
Disaster Kleenup International (DKI), North America’s largest disaster restoration contracting organization, presented Regency DRT with the 2013 Claims Award at Insights 2014: The Property Restoration Conference and Tradeshow, held in Palm Springs, California. The award recognizes the excellence of all three of Regency DRT’s locations; Clinton Township, MI, Charlotte, NC and West Palm Beach, FL.
The Claims Award is presented to DKI companies who exhibit exceptional claims service during the previous year. Selection for the Claims Award is based on several factors including client feedback, DKI employee feedback, and an analysis showing how well the company responds to claims. DKI employees consider such things as which companies work in the spirit of partnership with the DKI claims operations staff, and which companies strive to benefit the entire DKI network. After a careful review of all of the above factors, it was determined that Regency DRT excelled in providing a high level of service, reporting, and assistance relative to claims and was one of the select companies chosen for this award.
Scott Stamper, President and CEO of Regency DRT, is pleased with Regency DRT’s achievement, and is proud to be part of a company that continues to uphold the DKI mission, vision and values. Providing quality service to customers is Regency DRT’s number one priority, and the company consistently works to provide quality service to their customers and promote DKI as The Source for Quality Restoration.
Regency DRT is pleased to recognize Project Manager Owen Blandford, who will take part in a medical mission trip to Nicaragua, where he, his family, and other members of the community will provide free medical and health screenings for nearly 1000 adults and children.
Scott Stamper, First Restoration /Regency DRT President and RIA Board Member, states “I am extremely proud to have someone like Owen as part of my team. His sacrifice and willingness to help others in need is an advantage to the restoration industry.”
